รายละเอียดงาน

• Canvass and recommend potential suppliers from both local and oversea to serve each purchase requisition as per assigned category.
• Place order and prepare enough supply under ordering lead time as per assigned category.
• Provide necessary document to Purchasing assistance for import product license registration and coordinate with freight forwarder for import-export customs clearance procedure.
• Provide reference information of an order confirmation to Purchasing assistant to confirm with warehouse and concerned requester for delivery schedule.
• Co-ordinate with R&D and Vendor Management team for Accredit suppliers through supplier/ contractor selection process.
• Co-ordinate and support Planning Analyst for order replenishment and ensure supply reliability for both on-going consumption and new promotion as per marketing calendar.
• Review, maintain and update approved supplier/ contractor lists in Navision system by coordinating with Accounting and IT team.
• Summarize and submit monthly Purchasing report as per Division KPI.
• Develop long term supply strategy and alternative supplier or alternative material to deliver cost competitiveness as per Division KPI.
• Canvassing and securing freight charge and customs formality fee from freight forwarders.
• Participate on yearly supplier performance appraisal for direct production material and quarterly business review (critical item).

• Male or female age 29 years old and above.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economy, Supply Chain & Logistics Field
• Properly manage and balance out equilibrium negotiation and relationship management.
• Good command of English.
• Action driver, energetic, and analytical person.
• Able to work well under high pressure.
• Have experience in Food Retail or FMCG
